The following is a summary of activity for the Raisin Township Police Department for the month of September.

 

Significant Events:

The Raisin Township Police Department participated in an OWI (Drunk Driver) enforcement detail in the township on September 10th and 17th.

 

Meetings:

Chief Lambka and Sgt. Poe attended the Rural Transportation Safety Forum held in Cambridge Township on 9-22-05. Among the topics discussed were School Zone Safety, Youth Alcohol Initiatives, Elderly Driver Initiatives, Access Management to High Traffic Areas, and The Impact of The New Graduated License Law.

 

Sgt. Poe attended the Training Consortium Instructors meeting in Cambridge Township on September 20th.

 

Training:
