Board Meeting
April 06, 2009
CALL TO ORDER:
Meeting was called to order by Kathy Jewell Quigley with six (6) members present.
Present were – Debra Brousseau, Fran Lawhead, Scott Blevins, Kitty Wagner, Kathy Jewell Quigley & Ken Kendall.
Absent was – Carol Breckel
Previous meeting minutes were approved with the following addition “Survey results were handed out to all members present.” Posting the survey on the Township website was discussed; Debra was to contact Carl for his input.
OLD BUSINESS:
Music in the Park:
We received $500.00 from United Bank & Trust.
Refreshments will not be served this year, it was suggested that we advertise to bring whatever you want to eat.
DAY IN THE PARK:
Fran will contact Bob Matheny for roasted nuts.
Kelley’s will be furnishing refreshments as well as Tecumseh Little League.
Kelley’s Inflatable’s will have their rock climber & one (1) inflatable for $ 650.00. The inflatables will have someone supervising them.
Ronald McDonald will be in attendance from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
DAY IN THE PARK:

Underwood Auto sales will have 5 to 10 cars at the festival.
There is also the possibility that Adrian Street Cruisers may be attending.
The next meeting is
scheduled for May 18, 2009 at 6:30 pm at the RCC
