SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

OCTOBER 27, 2008

6:30 P.M.

Meeting called to order at 6:30 P.M. by supervisor, Carl Wagner.

Members present: Lee Mohr, Dale Mitchell, Debra Brousseau, Delight Sieler, Betty Holdridge, and Carl Wagner.

Members absent: Steven Mc Gee

Motion Mohr, second Sieler to approve agenda as presented. M/C

Fire Department Budget

Carryover money from 2008 Public Safety Tax needs to be added to revenue account for 2009.

Revenues set as presented.

Paid on call fire fighters will receive a 5.5 % increase in wages. Have not had one for 3 years.

health insurance has a 4 % increase over last year’s coverage.

Expenditures okay as presented.

Police Department Budget

Revenues and expenditures set as presented to board.

Wage increase 3.5% and 4 % health insurance increases

Building Department Budget

Wage increase of 3.5 % and 4 % health insurance.

Added revenue lines for Tecumseh Township and Village of Britton, ordinance enforcement line item.

Change line item 249372861 from mileage to Gas & Oil.
