Meeting called to order at 6:30 P.M. by supervisor Carl Wagner.

Members present: Debra Brousseau, Steven Mc Gee, Lee Mohr, Delight Sieler, Betty Holdridge, and Carl Wagner

Motion Sieler, second Mohr to approve agenda as presented. M/C

The Pines rental hall approached the supervisor concerning a privacy fence between our property and the rental hall property. This because they do have weddings and other events outdoors. Supervisor will get bids for a privacy fence and will approach The Pines about sharing the cost of privacy fence.

Discussion of budget revenues for 2009 budget. Put solicitor permits under 101000451 Business Licenses and Permits instead of 101000694 Miscellaneous Income.

Under discussion of park rental make note that we need a fee schedule for the use of park.

Need to change J E 3472, Receipt 13612, and change amount of revenue receipted in for 10100644 Copies to 101000611 Administration Fee in the amount of 3386.06.

Need to remove $110.00 amount from 101265800 Hall Cleaning and place under 101265801 Professional and Contractual.
