Meeting called to order at 6:30 P.M. by supervisor Carl Wagner.

Members present: Steven Mc Gee, Lee Mohr, Delight Sieler, Dale Mitchell, Betty Holdridge, and Carl Wagner

Members absent: Debra Brousseau

Meeting called to discuss financial report from auditors. Board asked that Brian Nofzinger be present when the auditors present the audit to the board. Supervisor will notify the auditors of that decision.

Discussion of Land Use Plan development by planning commission. Board asked for a time line of things done and to be done.

Motion Mohr, second Sieler to accept bid from Lenawee County Road Commission to replace culvert on Gady Road by M 52 for a price of $2,772.81. M/C

Discussion of primary and county roads. Board has asked for a meeting with the Lenawee County Road Commission. No set date as yet.

Motion Sieler, second Mohr to adjourn meeting at 8:30 P.M. M/C
