SPECIAL MEETING

JULY 21, 2008

6:30 P.M.

Meeting called to order at 6:45 P.M. by supervisor, Carl Wagner.

Members present: Debra Brousseau, Delight Sieler, Lee Mohr, Dale Mitchell, Betty Holdridge, Carl Wagner.

Discussion of ordinance pertaining to grass and noxious weeds. Decision to strike the$10.00 or 15 %, whichever is greater for the township to mow grass and noxious weeds. Discussion to change wording to an approved fee found in the Charter Township of Raisin fee schedule. This would put the billing more in line with the cost of doing the labor to mow.

Discussion also on property zoned A-1, but classed as residential and the best way to have a person maintain the property surrounding the house.

Township board will look at road ordinance at next special meeting on August 25, 2008.
