Board of Trustees

June 23, 2008

6:30 P.M.

Meeting called to order at 6:30 P.M. by supervisor Carl Wagner.

Members present: Steven Mc Gee, Debra Brousseau, Dale Mitchell, Delight Sieler, Lee Mohr, Betty Holdridge, and Carl Wagner.

Motion Mc Gee, second Sieler to approve agenda with an addition of Item # 6—Little League. M/C

Motion Mc Gee, second Mohr to dissolve the Cemetery Advisory Board. M/C

Motion Sieler, second Brousseau to call the old D & C building the Raisin Township Annex. M/C

Motion Mohr, second Brousseau to accept the proposal from OHM Engineering Advisors to assist Raisin Township with Site Plan Review Services, Site Review and Construction Observation, Soil Erosion Control Services, Private Road Review and Construction Observation for an estimated set up fee of $2000.00

Property tax resolution adopted in 2006 is sufficient for collecting late fees and penalties on taxes.

Thomas Carey asked that the Little League be allowed to place a plaque at Mitchell Field and name a field in honor of a person connected with Little League. Board discussed idea and turned it down as it could mushroom with other persons connected with Little League.

Discussion of roads and road issues concerning the county roads taking some roads in Raisin Township as primary roads. This is an issue that requires more leg work and more discussion.
