Meeting called to order at 6:30 P.M. by supervisor Carl Wagner.

Members present: Dale Mitchell, Debra Brousseau, Lee Mohr, Delight Sieler, Betty Holdridge, and Carl Wagner.

Members absent: Steven Mc Gee.

Motion Sieler, second Mohr to move items # 5 & # 6 on agenda to # 1 & # 2 and approve agenda as amended. M/C

Reserve officer program presented by Chief Lambka. Question on insurance was presented and answered by Chief Lambka.

Motion Sieler, second Brousseau to accept reserve officer program as presented in documents supplied by Chief Lambka. Copy of these documents to be kept with minutes. M/C

Motion Mohr, second Sieler to approve hiring of Kevin Grayor as new police officer with a start date of June 2, 2008 at a starting salary of $17.50 per hour.

Mohr with a second by Sieler amended motion to state that if Kevin Grayor should turn the offer of employment down then we would offer the position to Matthew Schmidt with a start date of June 9, 2008 at a starting salary of $15.50 per hour. M/C

Board reopened bids taken on the LN8000 Pumper Tanker. Motion Sieler, second Holdridge to accept bid from Mark Underwood for LN 8000 Pumper Tanker for $4200.00. M/C

William Costick and William Craigmile gave the board a presentation on Orchard, Hiltz & McCliment, Inc. They provide Consulting Engineering Service, Site Plan Review Services, and Soil Erosion Control Services along with several other services.

Motion Mohr, second Brousseau to abolish ordinance 082205 as it has not been ineffective since it was adopted in August of 2005.

Motion Sieler, second Mohr to adjourn meeting at 8:30 P.M.
