BOARD OF TRUSTEES

April 16, 2008

6:30 P.M.

Meeting called to order at 6:30 p.m. by supervisor Carl Wagner.

Members present: Steve Mc Gee, Debra Brousseau, Dale Mitchell, Lee Mohr, Delight Sieler, Betty Holdridge, and Carl Wagner.

Move Item # 5 on agenda to # 1; Item # 3 to # 2.

Motion Mc Gee, second Mohr to accept agenda as amended. M/C

Motion Mitchell, second Mc Gee to move Randy Escott from a part time status to a full time status. M/C

Discussion of a fuel tank for the park was postponed until further information can be gathered to present to the board.

Harry Hutchison discussed roads in Raisin Township and how to maintain them. Raisin Township needs a resolution asking that certain roads be reclassified as major roads. If they are reclassified they would qualify for federal highway monies.

Discussion of issues with Windsong on Occidental Hwy.

Motion Mc Gee, second Brousseau to adopt a resolution to dissolve the Law Enforcement Committee that was established in 2000.
