CALL TO ORDER; Ken Kendall called the meeting to order with
five members present. Ken Kendall,
Debra Brousseau, Carol Breckel, Fran Lawhead, Mary Tomco, Kitty Wagner.
Absent Kathy Jewell

APPROVAL: Of
September 2, 2008 minutes. Approved
OLD BUSINESS: What to
do with left over door prizes from Fun Day In The Park Festival. Will give away as seen fit.
501-C3 Hopefully
the Parks Board can piggy back with the Raisin Twp. Fire Dept. re: this matter.
CONFERENCE: Debra
Brousseau will be attending a conference, November 4-5-6 2008 pertaining to
Festivals & Events.
BUDGET: Misc item will be broke down into more
line items. Office supplies was a
suggestion.

improvement.
