Meeting called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Chairperson, Dale Witt.

Members present: Dale Witt, Steve McGee, Jimmy Colburn, David McCrate, and Cheryl Benham, Bob Utter.

Ron Weber Absent – Un-Excused.

Agenda: McGee motioned to accept July 8, 2008agenda, seconded by McCrate. Motion carried.

Minutes: McCrate motioned to accept June 24, 2008 meeting minutes, seconded by McGee. Motion carried.

Public Comments: There were no public comments.

Public Hearings: There were no public hearings.

Communications: There was discussion about the Zoning Board of Appeals latest petition regarding a sign on Occidental.

Region 2 responded to our land use plan questions.
