Meeting called to order by supervisor Carl Wagner at 7:30 P M.

Members present: Delight Sieler, Debra Brousseau, Steven Mc Gee, Lee Mohr

Dale Mitchell, Betty Holdridge, and Carl Wagner.

Motion Sieler, second Mitchell to approve agenda with the addition rock salt to item # 6 and move closed session to # 7. M/C

Motion Sieler, second Brousseau to approve minutes of 09/08/2008 with the change of budget # from 101691696 to 101691956 (Misc) and minutes of 09/17/2008, and 09/24/2008. M/C

Written reports provided by Building, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing Inspectors, Fire Department, Police Department and Assessor.

Motion Mohr, second Sieler to approve treasurer’s report and pay bills in the amount of $138,537.05. M/C

Motion Mc Gee, second Sieler to proceed with process to try to gain a “Quiet Title” to Osburn Park. M/C

Motion Sieler, second Brousseau to approve Land Division for RA0-131-3300-00. Property located at 1000 block of Academy Road. Parcel 1 is 10.20 acres and has two homes; Parcel 2 is 99.8 acres and vacant. M/C

Motion Sieler, second Brousseau to approve Land Division for RA0-116-1988-00. Property located at 4786 Green Hwy. Parcel 1 is 1.50 acres with house, Parcel 2 is 1.94 acres and vacant. M/C

Motion Mohr, second Sieler to approve bids from Larry Ganun for installation of water lines to maintenance building and Memorial Garden at Mitchell Park in the amount of $1542.20 with the stipulation that he gives the Township a drawing of where water lines and wires for security system are located before he starts work. M/C

Motion Holdridge, second Sieler to accept bid from A J Brady Underground Excavating for miscellaneous asphalt paving around the police station building for a total of 7630.00

Commercial Property audit tabled to a special meeting until more data can be gathered for a decision.

Motion Sieler, second Mohr to accept bid from Cutler Dickerson for rock salt for winter salting of Township parking lots at 4.50 per 40 # bag. M/C

Motion Sieler, second Mohr to move into closed session at 8:45 P.M. M/C

Moved out of closed session at 9:30

Motion Mc Gee, second Brousseau to move out of closed session at 9:30 P.M. M/C

Motion Mc Gee, second Mohr to terminate Officer Jamie Mercer Handy effective immediately. M/C

Motion Mc Gee, second Sieler to adjourn meeting at 9:40 P.M.
