Regular Board Meeting

June 9, 2008

7:30 P.M.

Due to inclement weather the meeting called to order at 7:20 P.M. by supervisor Carl Wagner.

Members present: Steven Mc Gee, Lee Mohr, Dale Mitchell, Debra Brousseau, Delight Sieler, Betty Holdridge, and Carl Wagner.

Motion Mitchell, second Sieler to approve minutes of May 12, 2008 and Special Meeting of May 19, 2008. M/C

Eric Anderson candidate for Drain Commissioner was present to present himself to the board members.

Written reports were presented by Building Inspector, Ordinance Enforcement, Electrical Inspector, Mechanical Inspector, Fire Department, Police Department, Assessing Department, Park Commission, and Cemetery Report.

Motion Sieler, second Mohr to utilize form for Reserve Officers on Police Department and accept nine people recommended by Chief Lambka for the reserve program. M/C

Motion Mc Gee, second Mohr to remove 2630.00 from Contingency Fund to Board of Review to amend 101247702. M/C

Motion Sieler, second Brousseau to approve bills to be paid in the amount of

$ 110,976.65. M/C

Motion Mohr second Sieler to approve a temporary trailer permit for E. J Underwood for a storage, office trailer for 6 months. M/C

Al Justick from Big Al’s Garage was present to make a complaint against his neighbor doing auto work out of her garage. H Hutchison mentioned he had been to the place three times and had seen nothing to indicate that any work is being done on any cars other than her own.
