Meeting called to order at 7:30 by supervisor, Carl Wagner.

Members present: Steven Mc Gee, Lee Mohr, Dale Mitchell, Debra Brousseau, Betty Holdridge, and Carl Wagner.

Members absent: Delight Sieler.

Motion Mohr, second Brousseau to approve agenda as presented. M/C

Motion Mc Gee, second Mitchell to approve minutes from March 3, 2008 and March 19, 2008. M/C

Written reports by Building Inspector, Electrical Inspector, Mechanical Inspector, Fire Department, Police Department, Park, and Assessing. Minutes from Planning Commission meeting included.

Ralph Tillotson Raisin Township representative to Lenawee County Commissioners was present and spoke on licensing of dogs and recycling.

Motion Mitchell, second Mohr to approve Treasurer’s report. M/C

Motion Mc Gee, second Brousseau to approve payment of bills in the amount of $202,468.84. This includes three payrolls and bills for 5 weeks. M/C

Township sign postponed until we can get a total cost for installation and the sign.

Motion Brousseau, second Mitchell to accept bid from Dan’s Farm Supply for the purchase of a Kubota tractor at a price of 28,130.00 for a 42 month period with 0% financing. M/C

Robert Bertram from the USDA presented a short program on the purpose of the USDA and the help available for persons.

Motion Mc Gee, second Brousseau to have the supervisor sign the TALL (Tecumseh Area Little League) contract pending receipt of permits and licenses from TALL. M/C

Motion Brousseau, second Mohr to continue 24/7 recycling with Modern Waste for a total price of 450.00 a month, contingent to Tecumseh Township approval. Cost will be split 50/50 with Tecumseh Township. M/C

Motion Mc Gee, second Brousseau to move into closed session at 8:35 P.M. M/C

Moved out of closed session at 9:00 P.M.
