Meeting called to order at 7:30 by supervisor Wagner.

 

Members present: James Palmer, Lee Mohr, Dale Mitchell, Debra Brousseau, Delight Sieler, Betty Holdridge and Carl Wagner.

Motion Sieler, second Palmer to approve agenda as presented.   M/C

 

Motion Mitchell, second Sieler to approve minutes of Regular Board Meeting of February 9, 2009 and Special Board Meeting of February 17, 2009.   M/C

 

Written reports furnished by Inspectors, Fire Department, Police Department, Park Committee, Assessing Department.

 

Motion Brousseau, second Sieler to approve the Treasurer’s report and payment of the bills in the amount of $68,847.91.      M/C

 

Motion Palmer, second Sieler to remove Osburn Park from Unfinished Business on the agenda until it comes up again.            M/C

 

Kimberly Davis was present to speak on the Old Sutton School. 

 

Motion Sieler, second Brousseau to accept the bid from James Dailey in the amount of $7600.00 to mow cemeteries and around the building at Holloway.   M/C

 

Motion Palmer, second Brousseau to approve the adoption of the amendment to the Poverty Guidelines for Township of Raisin.          M/C

 

Motion Sieler, second Brousseau to approve the purchase of Sophos anti virus software for 69 months at a cost of $ 4293.75.  Software is for all of computers on site.    M/C

 

Motion Palmer, second Sieler to participate in the Census for 2010 per regulations of Federal Government.  M/C

 

Motion Sieler, second Brousseau to adjourn meeting at 9:00 P.M.         M/C
