Meeting called to order at 7:30 P.M. by supervisor, Carl Wagner.

Members present: James Palmer, Lee Mohr, Dale Mitchell, Debra Brousseau, Delight Sieler, Betty Holdridge, and Carl Wagner.

Public Comments: Persons from Sutton Road present to make Board aware that they are having some problems with their neighbor.

Motion Sieler, second Palmer to approve agenda as amended with the addition of Item # 5 a presentation for roads from a speaker from the convention. M/C

Motion Sieler, second Mohr to approve minutes of January 12, 2009 and January 21, 2009 with an insertion of “from General Fund” in the amendments. M/C

Written reports for Building, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire, Police, Park Commission, Assessing Departments.

Motion Sieler, second Palmer to approve the Treasurer’s report and payment of the bills in the amount of $132,431.89. M/C

Osburn Park, Commercial Property Audit update and Old Sutton School remain on the unfinished business for the Township.

Burning Ordinance and the Storm Water Management, Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Ordinance were presented to the board. Plan to have the Burning Ordinance on March Board Meeting.

Motion Palmer, second Mohr to approve the appointment of Janis Montalavo as an alternate to the Board of Review. M/C

Motion Mohr, second Palmer to have Mr. Bauchman present at a Special Meeting on February 17, 2009 to discuss the Townships role in roads in the county, at a cost of $800.00 plus mileage from Kalamazoo, MI. M/C

Will cancel meeting scheduled for February 18, 2009 at 6:30 P.M.
