Meeting called to order by supervisor Carl Wagner at 6:30 P.M.

Members present: Debra Brousseau, Delight Sieler, James Palmer, Lee Mohr, Dale Mitchell, Betty Holdridge, and Carl Wagner.

Need to add new Fire Ordinance to unfinished business on agenda.

BS & A will let us know if the Ricoh printer will work with software for cash receipts.

Motion Palmer, second Mohr to purchase from Berger Chevrolet two (2) 2009 Chevrolet Tahoes for Police Department at a cost of $19826.00 per year on a five (5) year lease with first payment due in January 2010. M/C

Motion Palmer, second Holdridge to accept bid from Pro Service for repairs of two (2) tennis courts at Mitchell Park at a price of 5707.00. M/C

Motion Sieler, second Mohr to grant use of Mitchell Park to the rocket launching class for rocket launch on April 4th with a rain date of April 5th and August 8th with a rain date of August 15th. M/C

Motion Mohr, second Palmer to adjourn meeting at 8:15 P.M. M/C
