Meeting called to order at 6:40 P.M. by supervisor, Carl Wagner.
Members present: James Palmer, Lee Mohr, Dale Mitchell, Debra Brousseau, Delight Sieler, Betty Holdridge, and Carl Wagner.
Motion Mohr, second Brousseau to amend budgets for Governing Body in the amount of $25,445.00, and Park in the amount of $3373.00 with these monies to come from the Contingency Fund. To approve the transfer of $30,206.00 to amend the Fire Department Budget ; $7816.00 to amend the Police Department Budget; $33,365.00 to amend the Building Department Budget. M/C
Discussion of Burning Ordinance.
Fire Chief Renard has proposed a new burning ordinance for the Township based on the most lenient model from the state. Recommend to change the fee scale for fires without permits. Fire Chief will make recommended changes according to Board and will reword 16.3 and have ready to present to Board at February 9, 2009 meeting.
Storm water Management and Soil Erosion Ordinance will be ready to present to Board at February 9, 2009 meeting also.
